    I have had nothing but issues with this order. The size I ordered initially were too big for my daughter so I had to request an exchange. After sending them back, it took two weeks and 2 emails to get the replacement pair to ship. The replacement pair arrived only to be one whole size smaller than what had been requested and referenced on the packing slip. I then had to request another exchange. It has now been 10 days since I sent the replacement pair back and the correct size has yet to ship. I expressed my displeasure in my last email to the company but the only response from them was that they had attached my return label. Corral has had my money for two months now and I still do not have my daughter’s boots!

    This is my first pair of square toed boots from corral. Normally I buy the pointed toe fashion boots from corral. Comfortable boot from the minute I tried them on, no need to “break them in” like you would an Anderson Bean or Lucchese brand boot. I love this pair! Great for work, casual, or dance hall.
