The boot was beautiful but didn’t fit my calf.

Damaged Boots

The boots had a rip on the side the boot. Had to return them and have not got a replacemwnt yet. This was a birthday present and now it is 3 days past birthday. Still no boots. Not happy about this.

Boots nice but hard to reach customer service

Boots were beautiful. Description could be a little more accurate for sizing. Had to return unfortunately, because the foot was too big but the calf was too small, and it’s been a slow process. I’m usually a 9.5 or 10 in boots. Ordered a 10 and they were too big. Beautiful boot. Very well made.
