    I have to give Corral kudos for going the distance. I ordered 3 pair of beautiful Corral boots and when I received them 2 of the 3 were too small. Decided that one of the 2 actually would be alright. After multiple emails back & forth they sent the replacement boots, they unintentionally sent both pair. I sidi do the rift thing & sent the one pair back however. The replacement boots were now too big! Again emails back & forth and a new pair is on the way. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful to my issues. Thank you, hopefully this replacement will fit properly.

    pretty boots but did not fit well in the heel

    Loose in the heel. I tried it in 2 different sizes. So sad they did not fit, as they were pretty. I wish I could have talked with customer service on the phone. Email response was slow in December, but after the holidays messages returned promptly
