Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.
- We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Closeouts, Exchanges, and Refunds.
Closeouts: Changes and refunds are allowed on closeout items.
Exchanges: If we do not have the boot in the size you need, you may choose another style. If the price is higher, you will only pay the difference. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date received. To return products, you must email our Returns Department at customerservice@corralboots.comor webshop@corralboots.com. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a call tag for the return. If the product(s) are not returned using our shipping label, we will not refund the shipping cost. Products must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots. The product must be in its original packaging and its original shipping box. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Exchanges are processed within approximately three business days of our receipt of your merchandise.

Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a call tag for the return. If the product(s) are not returned using our shipping label, we will not refund the shipping cost. Understanding basic boot terminology
SOLE: The inner sole is where your foot rests when wearing the boot. The outer sole is the bottom of the boot.
HEEL: Heels are usually leather, formed and glued together, fitted and shaped to the back portion of the outer sole. Heels come in different shapes, sizes, and heights, depending on the intended use of the boot.
TOE: The toe of the boot may come in many different shapes; some of the most popular are R, snip, square, and roper.
VAMP: The front lower part of the boot below the shaft, usually cut from a single piece of leather or skin. However, vamps are sometimes pieced and sewn together to give the boot a unique look.
COUNTER: The back part of the boot, just above the heel, usually matches the leather or skin used in the vamp.
SHAFT: Sometimes referred to as the top, upper part, of the boot or the boot-maker´s canvas for expression. The shaft usually has different types of stitching patterns, designs, laser cuts, inlays, or other artwork, to make the boot unique. The shaft may also include laser cut designs, with or without exotic skin, leather, or other inlays underneath.
PIPING: The side seam that runs up the side of the boot from the bottom to the top, between the front and back section, of the shaft. Piping is usually found on the inside and outside of the shaft but may be used in other areas to add unique design appearance.
PULL STRAPS: Leather tabs or straps found at the very top of the shaft on both sides, usually on the outside of the shaft. However, on some boots, the pull straps may be found on the inside of the shaft. They are used to help pull the boot on. Some pull straps called “mule ears” may go partially or all the way down the outside of the shaft.
LINING: Found on the inside of the shaft. The lining covers the seam where the front and back half of the shaft is sewn together. All Corral Boots come with a full inside lining which covers the inside seam, adding to the boot´s comfort.

I couldent be more pleased! I could add 5 addtl stars for a total of 10! I want to say thank you because this company really did take care of me. I accidentally ordered these booties by mistake, but Bella, and the customer service team got me the right boots and were more than gracious to help me. I’m a plus size woman, so when I tell you about my love affair with shoes well it’s always saddened me that I couldent find quality boots that fit me. And I always had to buy men’s boots for the ranch, most companies dont bother to make a size 12 in women’s. So I just had a hard time finding women’s boots in my size let alone boots that would fit my calf measurements. Which meant I never got to have cute girly girl boots for dressin up.
I can never find quality boots that fit. So HONESTLY I was just dreamin & praying that these boots would fit my curvy calves, I just honestly expected them not to fit me, so I couldn't even believe it when I opened the box and slipped them on and they fit! All the way up my leg? I was actually shocked and very excited to boot hahah! I am so excited l!!! I have all these amazing dresses I’ve been dying to wear cowgirl boots with and I really thought I was going to have to send them back and re-order the booties. I’m so excited to have a girly girl pair of boots and now that I know Corral boots fit me I’m probably going to get a little obsessed cause I saw at least 30 pair I thought were just adorable! Maybe just those hot pink ones tho- so I write this to all the ladies who think they can’t wear boots with a shaft height above the ankle, it never hurts to try and maybe youll be surprised. Thank you Corral family! That other boot is my for my shattered leg, I have been in the hospital for two months and just got out Sunday- it will be a while before I get to wear two matching boots lol. But these will be my first choice I reach for!

These boots are absolutely beautiful! I get so many compliments when I wear them. Even more importantly, they’re well made and quite comfortable. I expected to have to break them in, but they were comfortable right out of the box. I have high arches and suffer from plantar fasciitis and these boots still felt great! I found them to be true to size. I’m very pleased with my investment.
The boots arrived in good time, fit perfectly and the wonderful Corral quality. These are now my favorite boots, especially for the summer!

I ordered these for my wedding and they’re EVEN PRETTIER IN PERSON!!!! I love them!! I’m a size 7.5/8 and I had to exchange for a bigger size so I got 8.5 and they fit perfect.
