How do I register?

Please click on the person icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage to sign up/in. You will find below the option to create an account and you will need to fill out your first and last name, email and password, then please click on sign up, you will use this account to make purchases.  

How do I enter to my account?

Please click on the person icon in the top right of the webpage in sign in and you will need to fill out your email and password then please click on log in.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

 Not necessary, you can start the purchase log into your account or adding products to the shopping cart and at the end you will give the information required. 

What information can I check in my account?

You can find information about your purchase and current status 

Forgot password

Please click on the person icon in the top right of the webpage, and then click in forgot my password, write your email and we will send you an email to reset your password.

Exotics restrictions

According to California Penal Code, Fish, and Wildlife rules, we cannot sell exotics products such as python, crocodile, alligator and cobra within the state of California.  

Shipping options

We manage all our shipments with UPS. Items cannot be mailed to a P.O. Box. address, you must provide a physical address to avoid delaying delivery.

We offer free shipping in the USA ONLY, Delivery Time is 5-10 business days if in stock.

It does NOT include weekends or holidays. 

 

Order must be placed by 12 pm. central time to ship out the same day.

Freight cost

 All purchases have free shipping, returns and exchange within USA. Restrictions may apply. 

Estimated time of Arrival

Once your order is confirmed you will receive your product between 5-10 business days.

Returns

How do I return my boots?

Please send an email to customerservice@corralboots.com asking for a free shipping label. You need to specify: your purchase order number,   that you are looking for a refund. You will have 30 natural days. 

Please ensure the boots are new and in unworn conditions. (Please try on your boots inside on a carpeted floor until you’re sure it fits perfectly for you. They should fit snug on your feet, but should not cause pain.)

Warranty Return

The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 natural days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at customerservice@corralboots.com.  

You need to specify: your purchase order number and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue. 

This Warranty applies to purchase made on our website. If your boot was purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of.

We are working in international shipments, at the moment we do not have any shipment outside USA until further notice.   

Gift Certificates

How to redeem your gift certificate

To make sure your gift certificate code is active send a picture to customerservice@corralboots.com  

Choose your boots  

Make sure you are entering your certificate number in the prompted box
during checkout  

· Certificate expiration

NHSRA Certificate are valid from March 1st 2022 thru March 31st
2023. These are only distributed in NHSRA events.  

Other gift certificates are valid from January 1st 2022 thru
December 31st 2022 

**Certificates are not valid past this date. 

· Important Notes:

Certificate does NOT apply on Special Edition Items or items on sale 

Gift certificate is for a max value of $250.00 USD. Any price difference
on the product selected over this amount worth of the gift certificate must be
paid by the consumer.  

If the boot is under $250, Corral Boots Co., will only credit the cost
of the boot. Any amount left will not be redeemable nor can it be applied to
another pair of boots.  

Certificate only applies in the USA  

If you were given a certificate with an expired issue date, please
contact customer service at customerservice@corralboots.com

Gift with Purchase

· Qualification

To be eligible for the Gift customer must have a final purchase (after
any discounts or coupons) of a minimum of $290 (two-hundred and ninety) USD on
our Corral Web page https://corralboots.com/

· Exchanges

only the product can be exchanged if it meets the exchange policy, terms, and
conditions.  

· Refunds

only the product can be refunded
if it meets the refund policy, terms, and conditions. However, the full price
of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
