All purchases have free shipping, returns and exchange within USA. Restrictions may apply.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive your product between 8-10 business days.

This warranty applies to purchase made on our website. If your boot was purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of.

Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and fees will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and your order confirmation e-mail.

Warranty covers during the Warranty Period, defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at corralreturns@corralboots.com and webshop@corralboots.com

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 7 days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. Once we have received the boots in our Warehouse, the refund should be reflected between 5-10 business days.

According to California Penal Code, Fish, and Wildlife rules, we cannot sell exotics products such as python, crocodile, alligator and cobra within the state of California.
