    Corrals happen to be my favorite boots. I have never ordered them online before but they fit perfectly and they’re beautiful.

    Refund Process Difficult

    Received boots, they did not fit. Immediately requested a return authorization. No response. Finally we received authorization. Still no refund. Not sure if they are going to try to give store credit. I read return policy very carefully, so should you. Quality of boots looked good.

    Beautiful boots!

    These boots are beautiful! My first pair of boots and I love them, but unfortunately I had to return them because they were too small. I would've reordered the next size, but that was not available. If it hadn't been for the boots being too small, I would've kept them! And I already received a refund for the return.
