Please click on the person icon in the top right hand corner of the webpage to sign up/in. You will find below the option to create an account and you will need to fill out your first and last name, email and password, then please click on sign up, you will use this account to make purchases.

 Not necessary, you can start the purchase log into your account or adding products to the shopping cart and at the end you will give the information required.

Please click on the person icon in the top right of the webpage, and then click in forgot my password, write your email and we will send you an email to reset your password. 

Please log in to your account to see your order status and activate notifications by messenger, email or SMS 

Shipping

According to California Penal Code, Fish, and Wildlife rules, we cannot sell exotics products such as python, crocodile, alligator and cobra within the state of California.  

We manage all our shipments with UPS. Items cannot be mailed to a P.O. Box. address, you must provide a physical address to avoid delaying delivery.

We offer free shipping in the USA ONLY, Delivery Time is 5-10 business days if in stock.

It does NOT include weekends or holidays. 

 

Order must be placed by 12 pm. central time to ship out the same day.

 All purchases have free shipping, returns and exchange within USA. Restrictions may apply. 

Once your order is confirmed you will receive your product between 5-10 business days.

Returns

Please send an email to customerservice@corralboots.com asking for a free shipping label. You need to specify: your purchase order number,   if you want an exchange for other size or style, quality issue or refund. You will have 30 natural days for returns, exchanges and for quality issues. 

Please ensure the boots are new and in unworn conditions. (Please try on your boots inside on a carpeted floor until you’re sure it fits perfectly for you. They should fit snug on your feet, but should not cause pain.)

The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 natural days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at customerservice@corralboots.com.  

You need to specify: your purchase order number and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue. 

This Warranty applies to purchase made on our website. If your boot was purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of.  

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 natural days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition.  Free return inside USA. 

Once we have received the boots in our Warehouse, the refund should be reflected between 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
