According to California Penal Code, Fish, and Wildlife rules, we cannot sell exotics products such as python, crocodile, alligator and cobra within the state of California.
We manage all our shipments with UPS. Items cannot be mailed to a P.O. Box. address, you must provide a physical address to avoid delaying delivery.
We offer free shipping in the USA ONLY, Delivery Time is 5-10 business days if in stock.
It does NOT include weekends or holidays.
Order must be placed by 12 pm. central time to ship out the same day.
All purchases have free shipping, returns and exchange within USA. Restrictions may apply.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive your product between 5-10 business days.
Please ensure the boots are new and in unworn conditions. (Please try on your boots inside on a carpeted floor until you’re sure it fits perfectly for you. They should fit snug on your feet, but should not cause pain.)
The Warranty Period covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Site, starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for 30 natural days. To return products, e-mail our Returns Department at .
You need to specify: your purchase order number and send pictures of the areas where you found the issue.
This Warranty applies to purchase made on our website. If your boot was purchased on a different site or with a retailer, you need to contact them first to have any of your concerns taken care of.
1. You would need to make a new order on the website with the size you need.
3. Once we received the boots that did not fit you, we will process your refund. Refund takes 3-5 business days to be reflected in your bank account.

Once we have received the boots in our Warehouse, the refund should be reflected between 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
We are working in international shipments, at the moment we do not have any shipment outside USA until further notice.

* Certificates can only be redeemed for boots listed under the NHSRA tab on the Corral Boots website
* Gift certificates can be applied towards the purchase of exotics listed specifically under the NHSRA tab on the website.
* Gift certificate is for a max value of $250.00 – any price difference for any product over this amount must be paid by the consumer.
* If the boot is under $250, Corral Boots Co., will only credit the cost of the boot. Any amount left will not be redeemable nor can it be applied to another pair of boots.
* Certificate only applies in the USA
* Gift certificates have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash.
* Certificate is good for 6 months from the original date listed. Certificates are not valid past this date. If you are issued a certificate with an expired issue date, please contact customer service at the email provided below and include:
