What is Corral's Loyaty Rewards?
Corral’s Loyalty Rewards is a loyalty program that lets you earn points on purchases made at corralboots.com. You can convert your points into Rewards upon reaching 200, 400, or 600 points. There are no purchase requirements, subscription fees, monthly or annual fees to join.
How do I join?
If you already have an account at corralboots.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Join Now” button. If you do not have an account, please create one and sign up for our rewards program.
How do I earn my rewards?
After joining, you'll earn 10 points for every $100 spent at corralboots.com. Be sure to sign into your account during checkout. Points will be added to your rewards balance once your order ships, and you can view them in your Corral account.
How do I receive my rewards?
Rewards are issued via email and are automatically added to your Rewards account after issuance once the 200, 400, or 600 points level that you have selected in Rewards Settings is met. Any remaining balance of points that have not converted to a Reward will expire 180 Days after they are earned.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards are valid for 180 days after the date of issuance. Rewards are stored in your account and will be available to apply to purchases made on corralboots.com during checkout. Be sure you are signed into your account to see your available rewards.
What can I use my rewards on?
Rewards can only be used on Corral Boots Brand such as Boots, Hats, and Bags/Purses. Rewards can’t be used on Circle G, On Sale items, Limited Edition, combined with other promotion or codes.
When can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be used any time of the year EXCEPT on Sale Events. Such as the following days May 5th-12th, Nov. 27th- De. 1st, and Dec. 26th-31st.
What happens to my rewards if I make a return?
When you return merchandise from a purchase that earned points, you will receive a refund for your original payment. However, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance. This means your point balance could potentially become negative.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards expire 180 days from the date they were earned.
What if I don't receive my rewards?
Rewards are issued in increments of $10. Once you earn enough points, your rewards will be automatically added to your account. You can earn rewards as follows: 200 points for a $20 reward, 400 points for a $40 reward, or 600 points for a $60 reward. You will receive an email notification for each reward you earn. If you don't see the email, please check your "trash" and "spam" folders first. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
You can earn an unlimited number of points; however, there is a limit to how many you can redeem at once. You can redeem a maximum of 300 points at a time. Any points that you do not use will remain in your account until you either redeem them later, they expire, or you cancel your subscription.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Once you provide your date of birth, you will receive points that can be used throughout your birthday month. If your birthday is in August, you can redeem your rewards from August 1st to August 31st. Please note that once your birthday month has ended, these rewards will expire, and you will no longer be able to use them.
